Charles Logan was the mayor of Renfrew Ontario in 1927 and at time of death was president of Arno Mines Ltd and Crow River Mines Ltd, having founded both companies, and a director of Clerno Mines and McDonough Mining Syndicate.

Rough, vertical folds, horizontal fold, many tears along folds, big staining on back. small hole along one fold. But, almost all paper there, signatures fine.

1931 - Arno Mines Limited acquired claims after the discovery of a gold-bearing quartz vein hosted in a syenite porphyry dike traced by stripping and trenching over 900m. A drilling program of 12 holes for a total of 606m was carried out. Most of the assays from sections of the porphyry contained low gold values from traces to 0.03 oz/t except for one assay that was 0.10 oz/t gold. The option was dropped.
